Dylan joined the Stennis Institute of Government in the Spring of 2007 to compile research and assist with the economic development of distressed counties. He is a Graduate Research Assistant, who is pursuing his Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration with an emphasis in Health Policy. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Mississippi State University in 2006. His interests include health and human services policy, economic development, strategic planning, and leadership development.
